Investor Relations Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; based at the Long Beach site. The role may require up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Base pay range: $100,000–$150,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s strategy, market position, operating initiatives, and financial outlook.
• Support quarterly earnings communications, investor relations presentations, and external earnings materials.
• Communicate with institutional shareholders, analysts, and individual investors.
• Collaborate with marketing and public relations to maintain consistent investor messaging.
• Monitor and analyze financial models used to evaluate the company.
• Manage IR databases and CRM tools, including IR Insight by Nasdaq, and support conferences, road shows, and investor meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of corporate experience; investor relations, investment management, or equity research experience is preferred.
• Quantitative and financial modeling experience is required.
• For work in U.S. offices, eligibility under U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with travel of up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and SharePoint Designer.
• Experience with IR Insight by Nasdaq.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
