Salary: $24.50–$39.50 per hour, plus potential performance-based bonuses and regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do
- Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory availability, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Lead customer service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, and recognize Vision Center associates.
- Provide quality eyewear services, including customer consultations, product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
- Implement safety, asset protection, quality assurance, confidentiality, and performance-improvement action plans.
- Coordinate assignments and initiatives with key stakeholders while supporting continuous learning and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Completion of two or more years of college, or qualifying combinations of retail, supervisory, general work, and optical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable Texas state laws, regulations, and rules.
- Experience with customer service, retail operations, supervision, compliance, and optical services.
