Client Service Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site at Richmond-Three West Centre in Richmond, BC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Schedule: Part time, 15 hours per week; banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and banking products.
• Answer questions and assist with day-to-day transactions.
• Listen to client needs, resolve issues, and take accountability for finding suitable solutions.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location.
• Knowledge of financial services products and transaction services.
• Client service, interpersonal communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking applications.
• Flexibility to work on-site, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
