Manufacturing Operator (12 Hour Shift/6 PM to 6:30 AM/Friday-Sunday) (Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, MA, United States; onsite, Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Pay range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform inspection, data collection, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembly, and packaging.
• Verify products visually against specifications, take corrective action, and escalate quality issues.
• Complete production reports, rack tickets, labels, component sheets, rework sheets, and SAP transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain charts for rejected materials, manufacturing processes, and good-product counts.
• Participate in 6S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, use required personal protective equipment, and report hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Attention to detail, basic math, and computer data-entry skills.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand or power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb a ladder up to 15 feet, and stand or walk throughout the shift.
