What you will do

• Perform Unwind, Ink, and Floater operations to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and maintain detailed logs and reports.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to reduce losses.
• Comply with safety policies and food safety standards such as BRC and GMP.
• Manage 12-hour overnight shifts following a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset to minimize waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing machine operation (preferred).
• Basic machine maintenance and quality inspection skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and basic math/reading comprehension.
• Ability to follow work directions, safety rules, and SOPs.
• Must be able to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:30 PM to 6:30 AM) in Denton, Texas.
