Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Minimum of 3x in office per week)

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 base + performance bonus + equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to define and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track metrics and provide market insights.
• Lead employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, including campus hiring and networking events.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at a search firm.
• Strong interest in the AI and Tech industry.
• Proven ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and manage multiple channels.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be able to work in the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
