Talent Sourcer

Location: Fully remote, candidates must be based anywhere in the United States

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines across Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM, and other departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars to support a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build talent communities for future hiring needs.
• Track sourcing metrics, monitor talent-market trends, and refine outreach strategies using data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including personalized candidate outreach.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and build rapport with candidates.
• Experience coordinating interviews and collaborating with technical and non-technical hiring managers.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, or specialized roles.
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing best practices.
• Experience with SeekOut, Gem, hireEZ, or similar sourcing platforms.
