Manufacturing Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Pueblo, Colorado, 5 days per week; 2nd shift

Hourly base pay: $24.97–$32.01 per hour. A separate listed hourly range is $24.66–$28.80.

What you will do

• Provide manufacturing and electrical technical support across production areas, including troubleshooting electrical test stations.
• Resolve safety, quality, process, equipment, and tooling issues as part of continuous improvement efforts.
• Support production engineering and Andon escalation activities.
• Assist with product changes, transfers, new product development, and integration.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using PFMEA and Yamazumi, and maintain standard work.
• Help design fixtures, work-cell layouts, and tool boards while supporting cross-functional activities, 5S, product standardization, and VAVE analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or an associate degree in a STEM-related field or ongoing engineering studies.
• Significant knowledge and skills in assembly and/or internal supply processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and train others using situation- and individual-appropriate techniques.
• Competent use of the 9-step problem-solving process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and email.
• Ability to work on-site in Pueblo, Colorado, 5 days per week, on the 2nd shift.
