What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer preparation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and track candidate pipeline activity.
• Recruit consulting, technology, and professional services talent for staff augmentation engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and business priorities.
• Deliver a transparent, responsive, and professional candidate experience.
• Share sourcing techniques and market intelligence while supporting employer-brand and candidate-engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate interested in recruitment, project management, and sales, or up to two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English required for communication with candidates, clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. market.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to solve problems creatively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing.
• Exposure to recruitment, staffing, consulting, professional services, or technology environments.
• Experience with staff augmentation or client-facing recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, screening, engaging, and maintaining pipelines for candidates with different skill sets.
