Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN, USA (2 days on-site per week)

Salary: $53,709 - $65,000

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to determine specifications, market data, and search strategies.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
• Manage the full candidate engagement cycle, from initial outreach to coaching for interviews.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements using phone interviews and skills assessments.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptance.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other legal compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nashville, TN to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
