Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
• Keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related area; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
