What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process across product, engineering, and business roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data quality in the ATS.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Must be based in the United States for hybrid work.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
