Onsite Client Operations Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global client site in San Diego, California, USA

Salary: $25–$28 per hour

hirify.global operates client-site release-of-information services involving medical records, compliance, and healthcare facility operations.

What you will do

• Manage the efficient operation of assigned client accounts and answer daily questions from clients and Release of Information Specialists.
• Monitor revenue, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through dashboards and month-end reports.
• Train, evaluate, schedule, and coordinate onsite staff while supporting remote supervisors and distributing workflow.
• Participate in hiring, counseling, disciplinary recommendations, and termination processes for site personnel.
• Review, scan, capture, document, certify, and reassemble medical records in accordance with facility procedures.
• Prepare invoices, manage supplies and travel expense reports, and maintain confidentiality of facility information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards is required.
• RHIT certification, medical records or healthcare experience, and medical terminology coursework are preferred.
• RHIT certification or the ability to complete an ROI Certification course with a score of at least 85% within 90 days is required.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, effective communication skills, and ability to travel are required.
