What you will do
- Formulate full-funnel paid social strategies tied to business objectives such as revenue growth, CPA, LTV, and lead generation.
- Execute day-to-day campaign setup and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, and X.
- Lead client communications, including weekly reporting and optimization rationales.
- Collaborate with Creative leads to develop and iterate on social-first creative assets based on testable hypotheses.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments, capturing learnings to scale winning tactics.
- Maintain measurement integrity using platform pixels, server-to-server integrations (CAPI), and strict QA discipline.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, or media buying) in an agency or in-house environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other social platform.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward documenting processes and results.
Nice to have
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience leveraging Smartly.
- Basic SQL skills or experience working with BI tools.
- Exposure to server-side tracking (CAPI), enhanced conversions, and incrementality testing.
