What you will do

• Plan and execute webinars, digital panels, workshops, and other online experiences.
• Manage webinar logistics, including registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, platform setup, run-of-show documentation, and follow-up.
• Support account-based marketing programs through account-list coordination, campaign logistics, outreach support, attendee follow-up, and documentation.
• Coordinate regional and corporate field marketing programs and in-person events, including venues, registration, materials, swag, catering, vendors, and day-of logistics.
• Maintain event calendars, project plans, budgets, trackers, vendor communications, purchase orders, invoices, and program files.
• Track attendance, engagement, account activity, follow-up actions, and program performance across marketing and CRM systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, webinar production, program coordination, marketing operations, sales, or a related role.
• Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, field marketing programs, or in-person events.
• Exposure to account-based marketing concepts and sales-aligned marketing execution.
• Strong organizational, project-management, administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support onsite events and travel as needed.
