VFX Line Producer

Location: Hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of two studio days per week at the Old Street office. A Paris studio is also mentioned, with artists attending two to three days per week depending on the role. London core hours are 9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Create, implement, and manage project schedules with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors.
• Track workflows across departments, deadlines, resources, and production database updates.
• Oversee Coordinators, dailies, reviews, meetings, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress based on artists’ work and escalate issues to Producers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate editorial work, edits, and client deliveries for temporary and final outputs.
• Communicate production information clearly across crews and support departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience at Senior VFX Coordinator or Production Manager level.
• Strong time management, scheduling, prioritisation, organisational, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows, file formats, and resolutions.
• Experience with production database tools such as Shotgun and MS Office.
• Basic Linux and Avid/editorial knowledge.
• Ability to work from the London studio at least two days per week and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
