Production Assistant (VFX)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with regular office presence. Candidates not currently based in Sydney must relocate to Australia.

What you will do

• Support production and supervision teams on high-end VFX feature film projects.
• Help maintain the accurate and efficient flow of production information.
• Handle varied production tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Communicate clearly throughout each stage of the production process.
• Deliver accurate information under short deadlines and changing circumstances.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of VFX production experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with databases.
• Knowledge of FTP software and aptitude for learning new software.
• Must have the right to work in Australia and be able to relocate to Sydney if not currently based there.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, initiative, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• HTML or Wiki skills.
• Knowledge of FileMaker.
