What you will do
- Process and handle e-commerce and creative images and videos from studio production through retouching to final delivery.
- Quality-check imagery before and after retouching in Photoshop, verifying crops, guidelines, consistency, naming, sizing, and technical specifications.
- Monitor asset suites, identify coding errors or missing images, and ensure complete deliveries meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Download and upload assets through FTP sites, internal and external servers, agencies, drives, and archive storage.
- Communicate retouching amendments, schedule updates with Senior Retouchers, and maintain reporting logs.
- Resolve digital asset queries, prioritise requests, coordinate samples for colour matching, and collaborate with Retouch, Production, Launch Coordination, Buying, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Mac literacy with proven experience using Excel and Photoshop.
- Experience or understanding of working in a studio or production department.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering video assets.
- Interest in e-commerce image editing and video delivery.
- Experience quality-checking retouched imagery.
