What you will do

• Lead end-to-end editing for client campaign videos, including social media ads, case studies, and promotional videos.
• Assemble footage from briefs/storyboards, apply graphics, add music and sound effects, and ensure final quality.
• Perform color correction, sound mixing, and create/produce bespoke motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, style guides, and platform best practices (safe zones, aspect ratios) and prepare final files in required formats.
• Organize video project files, footage, and assets; manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Producers and other stakeholders to review edits, incorporate feedback, and troubleshoot editing workflow issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio for editing video content for social media platforms in a campaign/client environment.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video delivery.
• Experience with color correction, sound design, and bespoke motion graphics.
• Excellent storytelling and visual composition skills (pacing, rhythm) and ability to work within brand guidelines and client briefs.
• UK right to work is required for this UK-based role.
