Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer - 12 Month FTC

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end editing for social media ads, case studies, promotional videos, and other client campaign assets.
• Transform raw footage and assets into high-quality videos using briefs, storyboards, producer direction, graphics, music, and sound effects.
• Apply colour correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and safe-zone requirements.
• Manage project files, footage, and assets while preparing final videos for client and platform delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, campaign managers, strategists, account managers, and other stakeholders; review feedback and make revisions.
• Troubleshoot editing workflows, contribute creative ideas, and deliver polished work under tight campaign deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio focused on social media content and client or campaign work.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, online delivery, storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and rhythm.
• Experience with colour correction, sound design, and bespoke motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Strong communication, organisation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
