What you will do

• Design instructional content for onboarding, internal enablement, and product education.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across product, engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Write scripts for training videos, product walkthroughs, demos, and educational content.
• Create interactive guides, video explainers, motion graphics, and live training materials for feature rollouts.
• Use Figma to create branded layouts, prototypes, and learning templates.
• Conduct needs assessments, learner research, usability testing, and content audits to improve accessibility, usability, scalability, and business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or enablement in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and performance-based learning.
• Proficiency in Figma for visual design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience with e-learning and motion design tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to translate technical and operational concepts into intuitive learning assets and communicate through visual, written, and verbal storytelling.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, SCORM/xAPI, and learner feedback loops.

Nice to have

• Degree in instructional design, interaction design, HCI, or a related visual or digital design field.
• Experience designing education or onboarding experiences for B2B SaaS.
• Background in motion, interaction, or visual storytelling.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Skilljar, Lessonly, or WorkRamp.
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick or Bloom’s Taxonomy frameworks.
