Senior Application Trainer (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 USD gross annual base compensation, plus a potential discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Plan, research, and prepare TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain classroom, eLearning, video, and assessment materials.
• Deliver training in classroom and virtual settings, with most courses delivered through eLearning.
• Evaluate courses and participant performance to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the TrakCare training team, regional learning and development leads, clinical safety stakeholders, and product specialists.

Requirements

• Clinical qualification such as Doctor, Senior Nurse, Pharmacist, or Allied Health Professional, with at least five years of clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings.
• Experience designing eLearning, videos, written materials, and hands-on practice tasks.
• Experience integrating training content into a learning management system.
• Certified trainer and assessor, or actively working toward certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, manage time, and teach patiently.

Nice to have

• Previous TrakCare experience.
• Video editing, graphic design, and audio editing skills.
• Experience applying AI within electronic medical record systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for learning design and content development.
• AI-related qualifications or certifications.
