Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year, plus potential stock, cash incentives, and employee stock purchase opportunities.

What you will do
- Design, document, review, and execute tests for spacecraft avionics.
- Plan and write test scripts to verify hardware/software interfaces and validate requirements.
- Author and review test plans, hardware drawings, test summaries, and reports.
- Design, specify, and procure test fixtures and other required hardware.
- Collaborate with flight software and Guidance, Navigation & Control engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software anomalies.
- Communicate test plans and results with leadership, colleagues, and customers, including during customer and vendor facility visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience developing or testing electrical systems, such as avionics, automotive systems, or spacecraft.
- Programming experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Knowledge of RLC circuit design and test equipment, including digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements and ITAR-related restrictions.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in aerospace, computer science, or electrical engineering.
- Experience testing spacecraft avionics against customer and internally derived requirements.
- Understanding of hardware design from concept through production.
- Experience with radio frequency communication systems and protocols such as Ethernet, UART, LVDS, or CAN.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
