Test & Validation Senior Associate Engineer (Heavy Equipment)

Location: Onsite five days a week at the Peoria, Illinois facility, United States; up to 25% travel may be required.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute product verification and validation testing for performance, durability, reliability, and quality.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to product performance and customer value.
• Investigate product and test failures, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams throughout product development.
• Document and communicate test plans, results, and technical recommendations.
• Develop and improve test methods, equipment, and validation processes, including field testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional expertise.
• Knowledge of Ground Engaging Tools, undercarriage systems, or similar heavy equipment components.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing laboratory and field validation testing.
• Ability to interpret test data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience troubleshooting technical problems and conducting root cause investigations.
• Onsite work five days per week at the Peoria, Illinois facility is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Creo for reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and product models.
• Familiarity with Data Acquisition Tool Kit or similar data collection and analysis tools.
