Engineering Technician

TL;DR

Salary: $55,000–$65,000

What you will do

• Perform product and system testing using defined protocols, measurement devices, and test instrumentation.
• Maintain test equipment in accordance with ISO compliance guidelines.
• Assemble, inspect, and test parts and assemblies against production specifications.
• Analyze test data and reports to evaluate functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, technical teams, vendors, and supply chain partners to resolve issues and support modifications.
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, structured documentation, and lead recurring 5S initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Hands-on experience with engineering tools, test equipment, electronic device programming, calibration tools, Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and Creo CAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, professional journals, regulations, diagrams, and schedules.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals and present information clearly.
• Knowledge of probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, and practical mathematical concepts.
• Ability to work onsite at the Thorofare, New Jersey facility.
