What you will do

• Troubleshoot construction, quarry, and mining equipment failures and minimize customer downtime.
• Review failure trends and identify root causes using analytical and problem-solving methods.
• Investigate quality issues and distinguish material or workmanship defects from customer or operator error.
• Develop and implement countermeasures with quality and manufacturing teams.
• Review and respond to Technical Service Requests from distribution channels.
• Process Technical Service Information and coordinate follow-up with manufacturing plants.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on field service or shop service experience.
• Trade school education or an associate degree in applied science, heavy equipment service, or agricultural equipment service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including reporting tools, graphs, presentations, and PivotTables.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25–30%, including international travel, without restrictions.
