What you will do

• Conduct qualitative industrial hygiene risk assessments, workplace surveys, and personal protective equipment evaluations.
• Evaluate chemical exposure implications using toxicology data and approve chemical usage.
• Monitor workplace environments, identify hazardous exposures, and assess the effectiveness of control measures.
• Ensure compliance with local industrial hygiene regulations and hirify.global’s internal standards.
• Support site self-assessments, follow-up plans, incident investigations, project reviews, pre-startup safety reviews, and hazard evaluations.
• Develop industrial hygiene policies and procedures, investigate unsafe-condition reports, and inspect existing and newly constructed facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial hygiene experience.
• Experience with risk assessment, exposure evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in analytical reporting, workplace safety planning, and risk management tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and disciplined execution skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others on safety protocols and industrial hygiene practices.
