Site Training Manager

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $69,600–$124,950 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute the manufacturing site's learning and development strategy.
• Lead training specialists in program development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Create training programs for hourly and salaried employees across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with site leadership, operations, HR, EHS, quality, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and standardize learning materials.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, training matrices, certification tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and operational performance indicators while supporting leadership development and succession-focused learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience with instructor-led, on-the-job, and blended learning programs.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with training systems, documentation, compliance tracking, and capability-gap assessment.
