What you will do

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of a strategic organization-wide technical training program and structured on-the-job training (OJT).
• Develop curricula for Waste to Energy, Transfer Stations, Environmental Solutions, and Profiled Waste.
• Manage a team of training professionals and collaborate with SMEs to ensure standardized and compliant training delivery.
• Implement innovative, immersive, and simulative training methodologies to accelerate knowledge transfer.
• Oversee the GPiLEARN+ Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and compliance.
• Analyze operating problems to identify training gaps and develop targeted corrective programs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading trainers in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Education/Development.
• Expertise in manufacturing principles and techniques for training both technical and non-technical subjects.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies for root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience speaking in large group settings.
• Must be based in the USA to align with company benefits and operational requirements.
