Salary: $115,000–$170,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement training strategies that support organizational performance and growth.
• Assess workforce skills, identify gaps, and lead initiatives to close those gaps.
• Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS), industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across technical and professional disciplines.
• Manage training systems, tracking, reporting, and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop training instructors while collaborating across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical operations environment.
• 3 years of experience in training, development, or coaching in a technical or operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 quality systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
