Sr Learning Management Specialist - Hybrid

Salary: USD 96,000–125,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze training needs with clients and subject-matter experts, define learning objectives, and develop content outlines and delivery methods.
• Design and develop instructor-led and eLearning programs, curricula, leader guides, performance support tools, and job aids.
• Deliver or facilitate training and provide guidance to trainers and other team members.
• Establish measurement criteria, analyze surveys and proficiency results, monitor progress, and recommend improvements.
• Manage learning projects across scope, cost, quality, timelines, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Identify skill gaps and process improvements, support automation and eLearning initiatives, and contribute to organizational training strategy.

Requirements

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and SharePoint.
• Ability to explain complex insurance products, policy language, processes, technical skills, and regional differences clearly.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing and ability to travel; automobile travel represents approximately 20% of the role.
• Functional knowledge of course authoring tools such as Captivate, Lectora, or Presenter and LMS applications, or instructional design, property and casualty underwriting, or claims knowledge.
• 2+ years of automation experience and either 3–5 years in insurance or financial services, or 3+ years of teaching or training experience.
• College degree preferred.
