TL;DR
Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement (Education): Leading the design, implementation, and scaling of learning programs and technology ecosystems with an accent on instructional design, LMS optimization, and AI-driven skilling. Focus on building scalable learning pathways, improving learner engagement through data-driven insights, and managing cross-functional learning initiatives.
Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the New York office.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling, actionable learning experiences and programs.
- Lead the design and development of learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Manage and optimize the learning technology ecosystem, including the LMS and related automation tools.
- Drive the adoption of strategic learning initiatives, including the integration of AI-enabled tools.
- Establish sustainable processes to streamline workflows and improve learner access and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the administration of enterprise-wide learning programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- 8+ years of experience in L&D and instructional design.
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Deep expertise in blended learning design and learning technology.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to demonstrate learning impact.
- Proficiency in current learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
