Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling, actionable learning experiences and programs.
• Lead the design and development of learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Manage and optimize the learning technology ecosystem, including the LMS and related automation tools.
• Drive the adoption of strategic learning initiatives, including the integration of AI-enabled tools.
• Establish sustainable processes to streamline workflows and improve learner access and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the administration of enterprise-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• 8+ years of experience in L&D and instructional design.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Deep expertise in blended learning design and learning technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to demonstrate learning impact.
• Proficiency in current learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
