Location: Santa Clara, California. Preferred base is the Bay Area. The role requires approximately 25–40% travel to offices and sites, travel to headquarters in Santa Clara twice per quarter for remote employees, and in-person attendance at headquarters during the first two weeks of onboarding. Only applicants who meet the definition of a U.S. person under applicable export control laws may be eligible.
Salary: $115,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and administer the Docebo Learning Management System, including learning paths, certifications, permissions, automated assignments, reporting, and optimization.
- Lead onboarding, recurring compliance training, and role-specific learning programs across the organization.
- Partner with Environmental Health & Safety, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Security, and People to develop and maintain training content.
- Monitor federal, state, local, and company training requirements and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records, certification schedules, version control, and governance documentation.
- Track completion, compliance metrics, and program effectiveness while improving learning operations through automation and scalable processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise learning, training operations, compliance training, or learning programs.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS and managing onboarding, compliance training, certification tracking, and training records.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and company-required training requirements.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, collaboration, and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and tools such as Slack, Workday, Confluence, or Jira.
- U.S. person eligibility may be required under U.S. export control laws.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency with Docebo.
- Experience supporting a regulated industry such as energy, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, healthcare, or biotech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
