Production Service Technician III / Associate III, Production Support (Fintech)

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex and escalated incidents affecting production equipment.
• Use diagnostic equipment such as pressure gauges, calipers, and digital voltage meters, while training on oscilloscopes and computer-based diagnostic tools.
• Repair and adjust mechanical and electronic production equipment, including motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, PLCs, gears, chains, pumps, and conveyors.
• Maintain mail sort, unwinder, folder, pressure sealer, punch and perforation, cutting, and bursting units.
• Document preventive maintenance recommendations and record equipment downtime in databases.
• Install and update basic equipment software and hardware and interpret equipment schematics and blueprints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, motor, and control-system failures on automated production equipment.
• Experience replacing and adjusting belts, bearings, rollers, chains, sprockets, pulleys, motors, actuators, and other machine components.
• Experience diagnosing sensors, interlocks, safety circuits, encoders, machine I/O, wiring, power supplies, switches, and control boards.
• Experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing, mailing, inserting, printing, packaging, or similar automated equipment.
• Ability to perform systematic root-cause troubleshooting for jams, communication faults, motor errors, safety-chain faults, and material-handling problems.
