Equipment Finance Operations Analyst 1 - Accounts Receivable

Location: Cincinnati, OH; office-based

Salary: $21.00–$34.00 hourly

What you will do

• Process high volumes of payments received through lockbox, wire transfer, ACH, and checks.
• Research differences between amounts due and amounts paid and resolve payment questions.
• Set up and apply ACH payments and request refunds for overpaid contracts.
• Post internal general ledger entries and balance cash postings daily.
• Deposit payments through the remote deposit system and respond to accounts receivable requests.
• Support accounts receivable process-improvement projects, audit requests, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Efficient PC skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with loan and leasing payable systems integrated with a payables system is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
