Treasury Management Specialist (Banking)

Location: Westlake, OH, United States; office workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Identify and execute cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.
• Compile data, complete relationship reviews, prepare pro-forma pricing analyses, and support client sales needs.
• Conduct direct telephone sales and joint calls with Treasury Management Advisors and Relationship Partners.
• Manage an assigned portion of an Advisor’s portfolio and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and pricing activities while independently organizing workflow and expectations.
• Complete special projects accurately and by expected deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of Treasury Management experience.
• Five years of banking and/or Treasury experience may substitute for the degree.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Visa and immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• At least one year of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
