What you will do

• Act as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders, providing advisory on people-related topics.
• Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation planning.
• Analyze people data such as attrition and engagement scores to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner on organizational design and headcount planning as teams scale.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Experience with compensation reviews, workforce planning, or org design.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
