Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with technical leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, scaling, and people strategy.
• Guide leaders and teams through growth, restructuring, and organizational change.
• Build HRBP playbooks, practices, feedback loops, and people infrastructure for Korea while contributing to global People programs.
• Own talent and performance processes, including reviews, calibration, promotions, leveling, and succession planning.
• Coach managers and senior leaders while strengthening a high-performance, high-trust culture and employee experience.
• Partner across the employee lifecycle and employee relations, using people data and modern tools to improve decision-making and ensure compliance with Korean labor law.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in talent management or organizational development, including senior-level leadership partnership.
• Deep experience supporting technical organizations such as Engineering, Product, or Research, with a strong understanding of technical talent.
• Experience building HR infrastructure, including playbooks, frameworks, calibration processes, or operating practices.
• Strong track record in organizational design, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, calibration, and succession.
• Ability to earn senior leaders’ trust and influence decisions through sound judgment and data in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Business-level English and fluent Korean required.

Nice to have

• HRBP experience at a frontier AI, ML, or deep-tech company in a high-growth Series B–D stage.
• Experience partnering directly with research scientists, ML engineers, or other deeply technical talent.
• Experience building career architecture or leveling frameworks for technical or research roles.
• Experience scaling a People function across multiple regions.
• Experience partnering with executive teams or senior leadership and shaping the organizational agenda.
