IT Specialist

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the complete employee IT support lifecycle, including request intake, triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and vendor escalation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding accounts, hardware, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Administer endpoint management through MDM, including laptop and workstation deployment, device policies, procurement, and hardware retirement.
• Operate the corporate network, including firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN, DNS, segmentation, monitoring, ISP relationships, and failover.
• Administer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, engineering tooling, SaaS access, licensing, and cloud IAM for non-production AWS and GCP environments.
• Manage IT vendors and MSPs, documentation, HQ technology systems, office moves, build-outs, and low-voltage or cabling projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience with progression into ownership of corporate IT for a growing organization.
• Hands-on experience in an early- to mid-stage startup and as a sole IT resource.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, MDM, endpoint provisioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Technical foundation across endpoint management, IAM/SSO, networking, cloud infrastructure, and application or group management.
• Experience managing SaaS licensing, vendor contracts, SLAs, renewals, and MSP relationships.
• Strong macOS experience, familiarity with Windows environments, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting a GSOC or SOC environment.
• Experience managing office build-outs, moves, or low-voltage and cabling projects through vendors.
