Product Manager I, Commercial - Retirement (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support product strategy and roadmap execution for commercial retirement solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize client, market, and stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, sales, and implementation teams on product enhancements.
• Define business cases, product requirements, and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Support product launches, go-to-market activities, and commercialization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis while participating in planning, implementation, testing, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business needs, analyzing data, improving processes, and coordinating projects.
• Role location is in the United States, with Milwaukee or Jacksonville preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with retirement technology platforms, defined contribution plans, wealth management, or retirement investment products.
• Knowledge of retirement regulations, market trends, and participant servicing requirements.
• Experience with technology implementations, transformation projects, partnership or vendor integrations.
• Familiarity with agile tools, project management platforms, or relevant certifications.
• Experience using data and client insights to influence product decisions.
