Sr Financial Analyst, Practice Finance

What you will do

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making and operational performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership on practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and support broader FP&A initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems and technical tools quickly.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
