Manager, People Performance Programs (AI)

Location: San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters, San Jose, California; secondary location: Irvine Office, Irvine, California

Salary: $124,700–$166,200 per year

What you will do

• Deliver the year-round performance process, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, year-end reviews, assessments, and calibration.
• Develop digital and AI-enabled content and tools that build employee and manager capability in continuous performance management.
• Create and facilitate in-person and virtual education sessions covering goal setting, performance assessment, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with HR business partner teams and subject matter experts to address functional and regional needs and localize performance resources.
• Define measurement strategies using data analysis and visualization to evaluate audience needs, program effectiveness, and adoption.
• Develop change management assets and incorporate employee and business feedback into performance and development strategies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a Talent Development function at a global company.
• Experience building performance and development programs that drive measurable behavioral change.
• Technical literacy with software and learning platforms such as Workday and Cornerstone, plus AI fundamentals.
• Experience creating and delivering modern talent experiences within an AI-driven learning transformation.
• Strong analytics, communication, presentation, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work consultatively, influence without authority, use design-thinking and data-driven approaches, and operate in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience with industry research, benchmarking, peer coaching, and global cultural intelligence.
