Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $165,000 – $205,000

What you will do

• Own performance management practices, including bi-annual feedback and performance cycles.
• Lead promotion processes and calibration practices to support differentiated talent decisions.
• Drive talent reviews and succession planning with clear operating rhythms and decision frameworks.
• Develop and evolve talent frameworks and performance standards to ensure consistency.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into talent programs and workflows to drive efficiency.
• Partner with People Operations to configure and administer systems powering talent management programs.

Requirements

• Experience owning or leading performance management, promotion, calibration, and talent review programs in a scaling organization.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to own end-to-end company-wide programming.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and PBP partnerships.
• Analytical and systems-oriented thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into structured insights.
• Strong judgment in talent practices balancing rigor, practicality, and employee experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco headquarters.
