People Success Director (HRBP) - Operations (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States. Hybrid work model with in-office attendance required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement will not be considered. Local Mountain Time hours are required, with flexibility across time zones when necessary. hirify.global offers relocation based on job level.

Salary: $117,000–$137,000 target base salary annually, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with senior Operations leaders to assess organizational health and turn performance, attrition, and engagement insights into people strategies.
• Lead talent assessment, succession planning, retention, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives from design through delivery.
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, career development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead Employee Relations investigations and advise on sensitive, ambiguous people matters.
• Design and facilitate development programs for people managers and operational employees.
• Use workforce analytics and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, employee experience, and customer experience; act as the people site leader for the Lehi office.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Operations organizations as an HR business partner.
• Ability to shape strategy and design systems across a complex organization, owning outcomes from concept through execution.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and a principled approach to sensitive people matters.
• Clear, confident communication with senior leaders and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices and employment law, with strength in organizational design, talent development, employee relations, or performance management; ability to apply AI responsibly with attention to data integrity, model limitations, and compliance.
