Senior Individual Contributor, People (Applied AI)

Location

Location: Hybrid with 3+ days per week in-office in San Francisco or New York, USA

Salary: $170,000-$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Head of People and leaders on organizational design, team health, and capability growth.
• Design and conduct research diagnostics on manager effectiveness, engagement, and retention drivers.
• Build and deliver manager enablement programs including onboarding, coaching, and difficult conversation training.
• Develop career ladders, growth conversations, and learning paths for individual contributors.
• Lead change management initiatives for new frameworks, structures, and ways of working.
• Own interventions end to end, iterating based on data and adoption results.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in San Francisco or New York with 3+ days in-office per week.
• Proven experience owning organizational research and interventions through adoption.
• Strong diagnostic skills with evidence-based approach; PhD in social sciences preferred.
• Experience building and delivering manager enablement and development programs.
• Change management experience leading organizational shifts and building coalitions.
• Fluency in AI tools and ability to integrate AI into research and delivery.
