What you will do

• Establish and monitor production metrics, budgets, capacity, schedules, and timelines.
• Plan resource utilization and operational efficiency to reduce costs and support on-time customer delivery.
• Lead multiple related teams in production and supply chain operations, including personnel guidance, training, and development.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, process improvement, and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify technologies and process changes that improve production methods, cycle time, efficiency, and profitability.
• Work with senior and executive management to align operations development with business needs.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant job family and related disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates with the wider business segment or function.
• Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
