Business Analysis Advisor (Fintech)

What you will do

• Direct research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of complex business requirements.
• Develop and review business processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and management reporting.
• Translate business needs into documented requirements by partnering with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams.
• Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability.
• Mentor, lead, and coach business analysis associates while maintaining policy and procedure documentation.
• Lead planning, quality assurance, effectiveness assessment, and successful deployment across multiple business analysis projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision-making, prioritization, and management reporting.
• Experience with analytical thinking, business process modeling, consulting, problem solving, requirements analysis, process management, and project management.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
