Senior Process Improvement Professional (Procurement Digital & AI Enablement) (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices and team meetings may be required. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with some flexibility.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide procurement systems, process improvement, digital transformation, and AI enablement initiatives.
• Align business strategy with technology capabilities to improve operational efficiency and enable intelligent automation.
• Design, implement, integrate, and govern solutions across platforms such as Zip, Icertis, Terzo, SpendHQ, and Oracle.
• Embed AI capabilities into procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contracting workflows.
• Define technical approaches, influence strategic direction, and deliver complex modernization initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ensure AI governance, risk management, compliance, auditability, and ethical standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Five or more years of technical experience in digital transformation, enterprise system modernization, AI/ML implementation, process analysis, or related areas.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks, including risk, compliance, auditability, and ethical AI.
• Experience implementing AI in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or contracting processes, including Source-to-Contract workflows.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and data, including Icertis, ZipHQ, Globality, Terzo, SpendHQ, Oracle, ERP, e-sourcing tools, or contract repositories.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, documentation, SDLC, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs.
• Familiarity with procurement AI platforms for intake, orchestration, autonomous sourcing, or contract intelligence.
