What you will do

• Build the systems, data infrastructure, and processes needed to support rapid growth.
• Apply AI and automation to improve internal operations and ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, including new market expansion and business opportunities.
• Connect the commercial pipeline with workforce capacity through forecasting, staffing, and utilization planning.
• Own annual and quarterly planning, internal communications, business reviews, and Board preparation.
• Lead and grow the Business Operations and Analytics team while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• Experience scaling a high-growth business and building operational systems during rapid growth.
• Exceptional analytical and technical rigor, including the ability to build mhirify.globalls from messy data.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team while staying deeply involved in execution.
• Strong preference for lean systems, automation, and AI before adding people or process.
• High standards, urgency, and motivation to build exceptional applied AI operations.
