TL;DR
Senior Producer (Game Development): Driving production roadmaps and delivery plans for a high-profile game project with an accent on cross-discipline planning, resource management, and risk forecasting. Location: United States, Remote. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $75 per hour.

What you will do
- Drive production roadmaps and delivery strategies for key areas of a high-profile game.
- Translate creative and technical goals into milestones, staffing plans, estimates, and risk forecasts.
- Coordinate dependencies, production decisions, scope, and prioritization across disciplines.
- Manage capacity planning, team sequencing, resource needs, staffing gaps, and outsourcing opportunities.
- Facilitate sprints, milestones, roadmaps, standups, retrospectives, and bug triages.
- Provide schedule, scope, quality, and dependency visibility while improving production frameworks and mentoring other producers.
Requirements
- Professional experience driving game features or major project areas through full production cycles on large cross-discipline teams.
- Solid understanding of game development pipelines and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to build consensus among creative, technical, and production stakeholders.
- Experience with capacity planning, dependency tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.

- Experience with AAA, live service, or multiplayer titles.
- Experience collaborating with external development, co-development, or outsourcing partners.
- Experience with distributed, hybrid, or remote teams.
