What you will do
- Drive project delivery with Producers and Craft Leaders against scope, timeline, and quality targets.
- Design cross-discipline workflows, development strategies, and tool integrations using Jira, Miro, and Airtable.
- Remove operational blockers, frame trade-offs, and support teams through a servant-leadership approach.
- Analyze risks, dependencies, capacity bottlenecks, velocity, and project ripple effects to support leadership decisions.
- Own tactical roadmaps, milestone definitions, sprint planning, task tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
- Run stand-ups and oversee capacity, scope, milestone, burndown, roadmap, and status reporting.
Requirements
- Deep project management experience with Agile, sprint planning, and milestone-based delivery in game development or technology.
- Strong understanding of Design, Engineering, and Art workflows and cross-discipline project processes.
- Experience building team autonomy, mentoring talent, and supporting delivery through servant leadership.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using burndowns, velocity, capacity data, and risk-mitigation plans.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Miro, Airtable, and Google Sheets for tracking, roadmapping, and reporting.
- Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom.
