Senior Producer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Drive production roadmaps and delivery strategies for key game areas across multiple disciplines.
• Translate creative and technical goals into milestones, staffing plans, and executable schedules.
• Coordinate dependencies, production decisions, scope trade-offs, and team sequencing.
• Facilitate sprint, milestone, roadmap, standup, retrospective, and bug-triage activities.
• Report schedule, scope, quality, and dependency risks to studio leadership.
• Improve scalable production frameworks and mentor other producers.

Requirements

• Professional experience taking game features or major project areas through full production cycles on large cross-discipline teams.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to build alignment among creative, technical, and production stakeholders.
• Experience with capacity planning, dependency tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AAA, live service, or multiplayer titles.
• Experience working with external development, co-development, or outsourcing partners.
• Experience with distributed, hybrid, or remote teams.
